Chocolate Cupcakes

I can't believe it's been almost a week since I've baked anything. I'm going to use sleep deprivation as my excuse. I promised one of the guinea pigs officers that I'd bake him brownies and stop them by last night, but having just come off of the midnight shift, I slept on and off all yesterday and didn't wake up until 1200 hrs today. In an effort to make it up to him, I decided to make some chocolate cupcakes because really, who doesn't like chocolate cupcakes?

In Honor Of Labor Day...

Because USA is the best channel on TV, there is an NCIS Marathon. Well, technically, I guess there's always an NCIS marathon on USA, but that doesn't matter. This one is special because it's Labor Day.

Unfortunately, I got conned volunteered to work today, so I'm missing said NCIS Marathon, but I'm not sad. You know why? Because the Probie and I are having our own marathon, complete with pizza for lunch in honor of Tony.

Because we're cool like that.
